The marketing "manager" at my company (she is just an admin in marketing who became the "marketing manager" by default when the previous "manager" and owner quit the business) is completely useless.

It looks like my company is trying to blame (yet again) everyone but the sales department for the lack of profit. The SALES people are the ones who are supposed to generate sales. Punishing everyone else because the company isn't selling enough product is so beyond obtuse I can't even put it into words! This company has for years blamed everyone ( Read more... )
